Create Reporting Widget Alerts

In this article, we will help you learn how to create Widget level Alerts in Reporting.
Sprinklr Reporting allows you to set alerts at the widget level against a particular threshold value to track specific insights and take quick actions.
Steps to Set a Reporting Widget Alert
Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, select Reporting within Analyze.
Select the reporting dashboard.
On the Reporting Dashboard, identify the widget on which you want to set the alert, hover over the Options icon in the top right corner of the widget, and select Alerts.
On the Create an Alerts pop-up window, provide the details of metric, operator and threshold value.
Select the Check Conditions, User or User Groups to which the Alert Notification has to be sent.
Click Apply in the bottom-right corner.
