Advocacy Reporting

Analytics on the engagement and activity from your Advocacy network can be tracked and reported on alongside social feedback. Using Sprinklr's best-in-class analytics platform, you'll see actionable insights into content performance, advocate activity, and more that can then be shared with your team.

With the ability to export these reports in various formats or share them with other users, your stakeholders will stay plugged into this valuable information.

Standard Dashboards

Sprinklr Advocacy Reporting has a standard dashboard, the User Overview dashboard, seen at the top of Advocacy's Reporting dashboard menu. Access by clicking the   icon to open the left-side menu and select User Overview under Dashboards.

Custom Dashboards 

Custom dashboards can be created and configured with specific widgets of your choosing. Unlike the standard Advocacy Reporting Dashboard, custom dashboards and the widgets within them can be edited. You can create custom dashboards by cloning the standard Advocacy Dashboard and editing (click the and select Clone), or by creating a new custom dashboard (click the and select Create) and creating new widgets within it.

Apply Date Ranges and Filters 

On any Advocacy Reporting Dashboard, you can apply filters to easily view data by a specific product, date range, account, or custom property. Below, you'll find the ways in which you can filter data in Advocacy Reporting Dashboards.

Apply a Date Range

At the top of a Reporting Dashboard, you'll find the date range that is currently applied to your data. Click to change the date range. You can select one of the pre-configured ranges, like this week, last month, or the current year. You can also select Custom Range to enter a custom date range.

Basic Filters

Click the  icon to display and select additional filters to apply to your dashboard. The basic filters will display above the dashboard widgets and include:
