Updated

Site usage tracking refers to the process of collecting and analyzing data about how users interact with the website. It involves capturing and measuring various metrics and user actions to understand how they navigate through the site.

Importance

User Behaviour Analysis: Site usage tracking allows admins to analyze user behavior and understand how they interact with the website. Admins can identify popular pages, entry and exit points, and navigation patterns.

Program Effectiveness Evaluation: By tracking and analyzing site usage metrics, program admins can evaluate the effectiveness of their Advocacy site. Metrics like page views, unique visitors, and time on site provide valuable insights and help you identify trends, understand user behavior, and make informed decisions to improve program effectiveness and adoption.
