How to Apply Filters in the Ads Creative Library

In Ads Creative Library, using filters can help you find the assets that you need to see by selecting specific criteria that the content meets in order to be displayed. You can opt to filter the Paid Assets by channel, for example, to quickly change your view to see only Facebook Creative assets, or you may want to filter to see assets associated with a specific account.

Below, we will take a look at how filters can be applied in the Creative Library and your options for filtering assets.

Upfront Filter Options

You can select the channel, status, and account filters upfront from the standard Channel, Status, and Account filter options.

Add Filter

Click Add Filter to apply new filters.

The Filter is segregated into two scrollable panes — one having the filter and the other populated with their corresponding values. You will also have Custom Fields as a separate tab with the same structure.

Duration Filters

Click to set a predefined or a custom date range filter for your asset preview.

Remove Filters

Click the

 to clear all the existing filters applied to your Ad Creatives window.

Save the selected filter set in an Ads Creative Library Board for quick access.

To Apply Ad Creative Filters

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Creative Library within Plan.

  2. On the Digital Asset Management (DAM) window, click Add Filter from the Filters container.

  3. Select the filter values to filter content. You can also search for your desired filter from the Search bar above.
