Apply asset-level terms & conditions for Distributed users

Create specific sets of terms and conditions at the asset level that the Distributed users must comply with to use the assets. If and when necessary, you can apply terms and conditions at an asset level, and the Distributed users have to accept/agree with the conditions in order to use the assets.
Note: Accessing this feature requires specific settings. Get in touch with your Success Manager to get this feature enabled for you.
Note:
A Distributed user who has accepted the asset-related terms and conditions, and has used an asset in a post or otherwise, will receive a License Expiry notification.
To apply asset-level terms & conditions for Distributed users
Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Engage.
On the Digital Asset Management window, click Add Asset in the top right corner and choose the Asset Type you wish to upload.
Upload the asset from your computer by clicking Upload and selecting a file from your device (alternatively drag and drop from your desktop), or select Add from URL and enter the asset's source URL. Review asset types and supported file types here.
On the Media Uploader window, click Save In the bottom right corner to upload the asset.
Enter the details of the asset in the Create New Asset window.
Scroll down to the Asset Terms section, and toggle on the Enable Terms & Conditions option.
Enter the T&C content in the given field.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
