To access the Workplace account from Facebook, we need to create a custom integration in Sprinklr. This article explains steps to create custom integration in order to generate access token required to add facebook workplace bot account in sprinklr.

Steps

Please note that to create a custom integration in Facebook Workplace, you’ll need a System Administrator admin role. If you are not an admin of your Workplace community, you will need to work with an admin.

1. Sign in to Workplace as an administrator.

2. From the Admin Panel, go to Integrations and Click Create Custom Integrations.

3. On the Create Custom Integration pop-up window, enter the desired Name and Description and click Create in the bottom right corner.

4. In the Integration Details window, click Create Access Token.

5. On the New Token Created pop-up window, you are required to note the access token value for future references.

6. Next, select I understand, and then click Done.

7. On the Integration Details window, in the Integration Permissions section, select the desired permissions.

8. You can use the access token to add the Add Facebook workplace account in Sprinklr.​
