Overview

The Global Navigation Menu provides a convenient way to switch between Portfolios and Projects without having to visit the Portfolio screen every time. The menu can be accessed from anywhere within the Project Management Persona and shows all the Portfolios and Projects created by or shared with you

Using the Global Navigation Menu

1. Click the Menu icon at the top of the Left Navigation bar. You will be able to see all Portfolios created by or shared with you.

2. Click the Chevron icon next to the Portfolio names to reveal the Projects within them. If a Project has Sub Projects, you can click the Chevron next to the Project names to reveal them .

3. By default, the menu will show 6 Projects for each Portfolio in the list. Click Show More to see all Projects.

4. Click the name of any Portfolio, Project or Sub Project to open it.
