Overview
The Help and Support third pane provides access to our extensive knowledge base of help articles for Project Management and Collaboration as well as frequently asked questions at all times. The pane is context-based and shows you articles based on the Project Management module you have open in your window.
You can access the Help and Support pane from anywhere in Project Management and Collaboration by clicking the Help icon at the bottom left of your window.
Module Name | Functionality | |
1. | Help Icon | Click the Help icon from anywhere in Project Management and Collaboration to access the Help and Support third pane. |
2. | Search Bar | Use the Search Bar to search for topics, articles and FAQs relevant to your search term. |
3. | Topics | Topics are folders containing articles relevant to that particular topic. Click the relevant Topic to view all articles under it. Click the View More button to see all Topics. |
4. | Popular Articles | This section shows context-based popular articles depending on the Project Management module you have open in your window. |
5. | Frequently Asked Questions | This section shows context-based FAQs depending on the Project Management and Collaboration module you have open in your window. Click the View More button to view all FAQs. |
