To utilize the Bazaarvoice channel to its maximum potential, you should be aware of its capabilities and limitations.
Note: Accepting or rejecting reviews is not currently supported in Sprinklr due to limitations with the API. Additionally, Sprinklr only receives reviews that have been accepted and are live on the website for moderation.
