Triggering Application Without Rule Setup

Overview
You can automate the rule creation and configuration when deploying your Conversational AI Application for live chat, significantly simplifying the setup process.
This enhancement allows you to create a Conversational AI application, configure dialogue trees, and deploy it across a live chat application without requiring additional rule configurations. This streamlined process eliminates the need for multiple steps, such as creating inbound rules, scheduler engines, queue rules, and application triggers.

Note:
This feature is currently supported only for live chat applications.

Configure Triggering Application Without Rule Setup
Select your conversation ai application for which you want to trigger the application without rule setup and click on Manage.
Click Admin Panel under Advanced Settings.
Click the Trigger Application Without Rule Setup option, select the Account and click Save.
Note:
Before configuring a live chat account, ensure the selected live chat application does not have other active rules configured within the environment.
Ensure that the live chat account selected does not have conflicting rules that might interfere with the new setup.
To perform application testing :
Click the Application Testing icon on your navbar.
In the Initiate Test dialogue box, select the Medium as Live Chat and Testing Account. Next, click Submit.
