Overview

Editorial Calendar Boards are custom Calendar views created by applying different filters, date ranges, and groupings. The ability to create individual custom boards for different objectives streamlines your editorial planning process, simplifies collaboration, and saves time. You can use tags on Editorial Calendar Boards for efficient management. You can also share them internally with team memebers to enhance collaboration.

Access Calendar Boards

1. Navigate to the Editorial Calendar.

2. From the Left Navigation Bar click the All Boards icon.

    

   

3. Here you can view all Calendar Boards, nested under their tags.

4. You can also access the entire list of all calendar boards available to you, along with their tags, by clicking on the Manage Boards button.

Editorial Calendar Board Tags

Tags are used to categorize your Editorial Calendar Boards into different collections. Multiple tags can be applied to your Custom Calendar boards and a board with multiple tags will be nested under the dropdown of all those tags. You can add tags while creating a new board or edit the existing ones by editing the board from the manage calendar boards screen. If none of the existing tags are to your liking, you can create a new tag by typing a new name for your tag.
