Users can customize the days of the week visbible in Editorial Calendar as per your requirements. In many locations, the work week starts on Monday and ends on Friday, this feature on enablement will display on the working days of the week i.e. Monday to Friday. Customizing the week's days displayed will enable you to avoid confusion while planning and scheduling content.

This can be configured via Persona Configuration. A role is configured with this change such that all the users added to this role will start viewing only days from Monday to Friday. Users can always switch back if needed, by just removing themselves from this role.
