In this article we will cover the capabilities and limitations for Carfax as a channel in Sprinklr.
To utilize the Carfax channel to its maximum potential, you need to be aware of its capabilities and limitations. Once Carfax has been enabled in your environment, you can't add your Carfax account on Sprinklr just like other accounts. To integrate the Carfax account in Sprinklr reach out to your Sprinklr Success Manager.
