Filtering Case Activity

Looking for a specific activity in the activity trail is generally a very tedious task that you and your customers might face on a day-to-day basis while managing an enormous amount of cases.So to ease this process,you can directly apply filters on case activities based on the below parameters.

  • Time Range : This is used for filtering activities for required date range. All the conditions applied will be filtering activities occurred in that specific range.

  • Macros Applied : The macro applied condition checks whether a macro is contained/not contained with the value mentioned as shown in image below.

  • Updates by Users: Filters activities same as Macro Applied for user level activities including system and moderation users.

  • Rules Applied : Filters activities based on case update rules ran on the case.

  • Custom Fields Updated: Filters activities same as Macros Applied for all the custom field activities on a case.

  • Addition/Removal of Queues: Either view all the queue addition/removal activities or view all the activities excluding queue addition/removal.

  • Addition/Removal of Work Queues: Either view all the work queue addition/removal activities or view all the activities excluding work queue addition/removal.
