Create a Co-browsing Asset

After you have enabled the feature and acquired the license, you need to create a co-browsing asset.

This co-browsing asset will sent by the agents to customers.

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Engage.

  2. In the top right corner of the Asset Management window, click Create Asset and select Omni Chat Templates from the dropdown.

  3. On the Create New Asset window, enter a Name and optional Description for your asset under the Basic Details section.

Under the Asset Specific section, select Co-browse Invite from the Template Type dropdown and Sprinklr Live Chat from the Channel dropdown.

  4. Next, under the Co-browse Invite section, upload an Image and give your template a Title that will be visible on the template. You can also bold, italicize, underline, and strikethrough the text.

  5. Enter a Description that will appear on the template. You can also bold, italicize, underline, strikethrough, and hyperlink the text.

  6. Next, enter the labels for Accept Invite and Deny Invite buttons, clicking on which customers can take the desired action.

Also, add Terms and Conditions that you would want your customers to accept.

  7. Under Asset Details, select Campaigns, Sub Campaigns, Status, Available from, Visible from, Expires on, Tags, Restricted, Brands, Persona, Customer Journey Stage, Automated Tags, and Information.

  8. Under Asset Sharing, select Workspace(s) and Users/Users Group(s) you want to share this asset with. You can also check the box alongside Visible in all workspaces to share the asset with all workspaces.

  9. Next, enter the Properties per your needs. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

Create Live Chat for Co-browse

After creating the asset, Enable Co-browsing in the Live Chat application builder and add the corresponding co-browsing asset. You can also add Website URLs on which co-browse will be redacted for the agents to not see it and add Website URLs for cross domain co-browsing for customers to persist the session.
