Enhance data security by masking selected fields during co-browsing sessions ensuring agents won’t be able to see masked data on the website.
Note: Data masking is not applied in Device sharing mode, where the agent can see user's entire screen.
Enablement: To enable this, please share a list of CSS selectors of fields on your website that you want to mask during the co-browsing session. Please share the same with the product team along with partner details. |
