Agent requesting Screen control while being in co-browse session with customer
Customer Accepts/denies the screen-sharing request
Agents can perform actions on behalf of customers.
Note: By default, every agent has permission to request control of the customer's screen. If you need to manage this permission for individual users within the workspace settings, please raise a support ticket to get the "Co-browse Request Control" permission added. |
