Agent Sends Co-browsing Session Request
Agents initiate a co-browsing request from Care Console via the 3-dots menu to ask the customer if they want to share their screen by sending an asset that captures the customer’s response.
Agents seek approval from user if they want to share their screen by sending an asset which captures user response.
Customer Accepts the Request
Once the customer clicks the “Accept” CTA, the co- browsing session begins. Customer can stop screen sharing anytime by clicking “Stop Cobrowsing”.
The session will automatically reconnect if the user experiences a refresh or network connection issue during the session.
Agents have the option to minimize the co-browsing window, allowing them to view chats or the customer's details if needed.
