Send Audit Notifications
Updated
Include the Notify Users action in a Case Update rule to send notifications related to audits and remind users of any necessary follow-up actions. You can also specify the notification content.
The dropdown options include:
Evaluated Agent: The agent who is evaluated on the case.
Evaluated Agent Manager: The manager of the evaluated agent, which is filled at the user level.
Auditor: The user who audited the case.
Auditor Manager: The manager of the auditor, which is filled at the user level.
Calibrated Auditor: The auditor who has undergone calibration for evaluations.
Calibrated Auditor Manager: The manager of the calibrated auditor.
Note: The notification subject cannot be configured based on audit scores, agent names, case numbers, and so on. It is a hardcoded text specified in the conditions, clicking on this open the case in the third pane.
