Utilizing Audit Status Conditions in Rules

If you need to take actions based on the Audit Status of a case, you can use the Audit Checklist condition in Case Update Rules within the Rule Engine.

Select the Audit Checklist to check if it is present in the case. Additionally, you can use the following conditions:

- Agent: The evaluated agent on the selected checklist.

- Audit Status: The audit status of the audits present on the selected audit checklist.

- Auditor: The evaluator/auditor on the selected checklist.

- Overall Score: The overall evaluation score on the selected checklist.

- Calibrated Auditor: For calibrated evaluation on a case, choose the auditor who has been calibrated.

- Evaluation Type: This condition verifies whether the selected checklist includes a specific evaluation type.

- <Checklist Item>: Select the response marked on the question of the checklist.

- <Checklist Item> Score: Apply conditions based on the score on a given parameter on the selected checklist.
