Summary 

The standard fields available under "Additional Properties" section -  of the Publisher, can now be controlled via permissions or hidden via persona configurations. 

How it works

1. From Settings -> Global/Workspace Roles, navigate to the role for which you would like to configure the permissions 

2. Open the permissions. Under Setup -> 

   • URL Shortener -> View 

   • Persona -> View 

   • Customer Journey Stage -> View 

     When these permissions are not given, these fields will not be visible.

3. Now go to the Persona Configured Role for Theme, Brand and Color.

   Enablement note: To learn more about getting this capability enabled in your environment, work with your Success Manager.

4. Once the roles are setup, users can be added to the role, to control the fields visible to them in the Advanced Publisher
