Configure an Information Card with Video Call

This is only required for customer-initiated video calls.

Configure an Information Card with the Video Call Action

  1. Navigate to Live Chat Care and either edit an existing application or create a new one.

  2. Go to Personalize Your Live Chat and then to Home Screen.

  3. Under Cards, add the Information Card.

  4. Choose the Layout for the information card and, if necessary, fill in the Title and Description.

  5. Click Add Button and provide details such as Title, Image, and Stacking Direction.

  6. Under Action, select Sprinklr Video Call.
