This asset has to be created by the brand/IC themselves.

The asset created has to be a Simple Text asset and it should have a {DeflectionLink} placeholder as shown in the images below

Once this is done, you can configure the Deflection Node in your Dialogue Tree as mentioned in this article​. Once setup, you can just apply the macro to send the link asset.

Backend team will create the link asset. Please provide the verbiage required. Once done, please make sure that the agent sends this asset as a canned response
