How to Bulk Import Ads for Optimization Purposes

Bulk Importing Ads is an efficient way to create multiple ads in the Ads Manager. This makes campaign launches faster by allowing you to effortlessly scale capabilities that would add value to the different stages of the Advertising workflow.

Before You Begin

Creative, Audience, & Budget Optimization
Bulk Import has simplified creatives, audience, and budget optimizations, allowing you to effortlessly scale the best performing variation across huge volumes of campaigns.

Optimize Creatives
Update your creatives after the ads go live by following the steps given below:
On the Ads Manager window, select the Ad(s) to be updated by checking the boxes alongside each ad.
Hover over the Options icon in the top-right corner and select Export.
On the Export Settings window, select Bulk Import Templates under Select Columns in Export Data Form.
From the Select the Bulk Import use-case for which you want the columns to be exported drop-down menu, select Modify the existing campaigns.
Click Add Custom Columns. On the Export Column Template window, click Ad from the left-hand pane and select the creatives column(s) you would like to modify. Once done, click Select Columns in the bottom-right corner.
Click Export from the bottom to initiate the export.
In the exported sheet, update the desired creative field(s) and leave Story Id blank.
Import the sheet back into Sprinklr. For more information on import, see Bulk Import Ads.
Optimize Audience
Update your target audience after the ads go live by following the steps given below:
On the Ads Manager window, select the Ad Set(s) to be updated by checking the boxes alongside each ad set.
Hover over the Options icon in the top-right corner and select Export.
On the Export Settings window, select Bulk Import Templates under Select Columns in Export Data Form.
From the Select the Bulk Import use-case for which you want the columns to be exported drop-down menu, select Modify the existing campaigns.
Click Add Custom Columns. On the Export Column Template window, click Targeting from the left-hand pane and select the audience column(s) you would like to modify. Once done, click Select Columns in the bottom-right corner.
Click Export from the bottom to initiate the export.
In the exported sheet, update the desired targeting field(s) and leave Targeting Id blank.
Import the sheet back into Sprinklr. For more information on import, see Bulk Import Ads.
Optimize Budget
Update your budget and bidding configuration after the ads go live by following the steps given below:
On the Ads Manager window, select the Ad Set(s) to be updated by checking the boxes alongside each ad set.
Hover over the Options icon in the top-right corner and select Export.
On the Export Settings window, select Bulk Import Templates under Select Columns in Export Data Form.
From the Select the Bulk Import use-case for which you want the columns to be exported drop-down menu, select Modify the existing campaigns.
Click Add Custom Columns. On the Export Column Template window, click Pricing from the left-hand pane and select the pricing column(s) you would like to modify. Once done, click Select Columns in the bottom-right corner.
Click Export from the bottom to initiate the export.
In the exported sheet, update the desired budget fields.

Dynamically Update Facebook Ads using Bulk Import
Sprinklr allows you to dynamically update the images for Facebook ads in bulk by updating the Dynamic Image Template Id, Image URL, Story Id, and Dynamic Image Placeholders columns in the bulk import spreadsheet.
Before You Begin
Ensure that you have set up the Dynamic Image Template in the Asset Manager before updating the details in your bulk import spreadsheet.
