 Overview of On-Site Content Monitoring(Advocacy)

Updated

Sprinklr offers On-Site Content Management permission, which allows users to conveniently perform tasks such as viewing, publishing, or broadcasting content directly from the Advocacy Site. This eliminates the need to access the Sprinklr Space Environment to carry out these actions.

Importance

  • Seamless Admin Experience: On-Site Content Management offers Advocates an easy way to publish and manage content directly on the Advocacy Site, streamlining the admin experience.

  • Cost Saving: Large organizations can save costs by onboarding regional Publishers to the advocacy site without additional license fees.

Stages of Content Management

On the left bar of the Advocacy site, Admins can access the Content Management option, using the switcher to navigate between Draft, Scheduled, Published, Rejected, or Pending Approval posts. Double-clicking any post opens the edit pane.

  • Published Posts: This section contains all published posts. Admins can broadcast these posts to different sites.

  • Scheduled Posts: Posts scheduled for future publication are found in this section. Admins can edit, delete, reschedule, or publish posts from here.

  • Draft Posts: This section includes posts saved as drafts. Admins can edit, schedule, or publish posts from here.

  • Pending Approval Posts: This section displays the curator's own posts awaiting approval.

  • Rejected Posts: This section shows the user's own rejected posts.

  • Brand Posts: This section shows the content pulled from the brand social accounts.

Filtering in the Content Management:

Filtering: Admins can filter the content in the content management dashboard based on the below mentioned criteria:

  • Site Author

  • Author

  • Content Type

  • Share Channels

  • Campaigns

For brand posts, the content can be filtered according to the following criteria:

Based on Social Channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Based on different social accounts added from the Sprinklr space environment to fetch the social posts of the brand.

Pain Points

  • Advocates/ Admins can only view their own posts 'In Approval' and 'Rejected' Posts.
