Updated

Advocacy posts can be created with the help of the Site Admin Publisher. You can use the Publisher to publish different type of Advocacy content. Example:

  • Display content: Link, Image, Video Type Post

  • Suggest Type Post

  • Announcement

In this article, we will cover On-Site Publishing which allows admins to create different types of Advocacy posts. For publishing through Sprinklr environment using Quick Publisher, see Create an Advocacy Post

How to Create an Advocacy Post

  1. In the top left bar of the Advocacy homepage, click Create post and select Create Advocacy Post.

  2. Select the Type of Message (Display, Upload, Announcement).

Display Content: Curating display content involves creating a post that will be showcased on the advocacy site wall. Admins can customize the post to make it shareable, likeable, and open for collaboration using comments.

Upload Content: Upload Content allows advocates to view and engage with the content, but they won't have the ability to share it on external channels. Instead, they can click on the "upload" button to suggest content related to that post or theme.

Announcement: Admins can create Announcements specifically to inform and communicate important news, updates, or events to a targeted audience.

  3. For creating a link/image/video post or upload or announcement on an Advocacy site is like creating on Quick Publisher in Sprinklr Space.

  4. Fill out all the required details like Content list, Campaign, and Approval path, and publish or schedule the post. Advocates can even submit the post for approval or as a draft.
