Content – Features

  • You can add rich text such as bold, italic, bullets, numbering, underline, style - heading 1, 2, and hyperlinks to your content template for Press Release account type.

  • You can highlight your text and view the total word count. Apart from this, you can view the word count of the selected text as part of the overall text. You can also track changes made in the content, view revision history, view page outline, and implement borders. The same capability is available in campaign briefs as well.

  • You can also Export the document editor content template in HTML or PDF format. It is a convenient way to provide insights to co-users (who cannot access the platform) and acquaint them with the know-how of the respective campaign.

  • For an Instagram Business Account, you can directly publish a post by selecting Direct Publish. This feature allows you to get your content live, directly from the selected account whereas in Publish via Mobile, you first need to create a message in Sprinklr and then publish the same from your mobile phones.

  • For Facebook and Twitter, you can publish your posts as Dark Posts by selecting Publish this Post as Dark Post. Enabling this feature allows you to improve the overall marketing experience wherein you can not only create different ads for different audiences but also customize ads for each target audience segment.

  • For a verified Facebook Page Account, you can tag your content as branded by checking the box alongside Make this post Branded Content and selecting the account for tagging from the drop-down list. This allows for verified pages to publish branded content by tagging third-party products, brands, or sponsors.

  • Media can be uploaded from your device, the Asset Manager, or from User Generated Content. A live preview will update in real-time on the right.

  • When uploading a media asset in the Advanced Publisher, the platform automatically detects whether or not the asset meets the upload guidelines for the relevant channel.
