Add Content Placeholders for Advocacy Posts
Updated
You will now be able to use placeholders while publishing an advocacy post. With this capability, every advocacy user will be able to autofill certain personalized text when they are sharing posts from the advocacy site.
Points to Remember
Sprinklr will allow content publishers to add a Content Placeholder in the description of the advocacy post.
The placeholder will be replaced with the corresponding user’s information on the advocacy site.
STEP 1: To set up screener questions via Custom Fields
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.
In the Platform Settings window, select Custom Fields within Manage Workspace.
In the top right corner of the Custom Fields window, click Add Custom Field.
On the New Custom Field window,
Select the Custom Field Type as Picklist or Picklist Multiselect. The custom field type will determine how your potential advocates will answer screening questions - by selecting from provided options, entering text, etc. Picklist or Multi-Select Picklist are the most common options for Advocacy screening questions.
Enter a Name(the screener question) and an optional Description for your custom field.
Select Community as the custom field Asset.
