Multiple Captions for Advocacy Posts
Updated
The Multiple Caption feature will allow content curators to create multiple caption options for the same post. This will enable advocates to select their preferred content copy and share that on their social channels. Sharing of diverse content by advocates increases the reach and visibility of the content as the channel doesn’t perceive it as spam.
Note: This capability needs a specific setup. Reach out to your Success Manager to enable this feature in your environment.
Advantages of using Multiple Captions
Users get a variety of caption options when trying to share something, giving them more opportunities to find the caption that resonates with them.
Program managers can ensure that posts published by advocates are not perceived as spam since users will not be publishing the same message every time.
This feature can be used from both the Sprinklr Space Publisher and the Site Admin Publisher.
Steps to Create Multiple Captions for a Post
Click the Publisher icon in the top menu bar, and start creating a post.
Select the social channels for which you are creating the Advocacy post.
In the Enter Message field, fill in the content you want to share. Click the Sprinklr AI icon at the bottom of the message field to generate content variations, generate product descriptions, etc.
To create multiple captions, click + Message.
By default, the original copy will be automatically copied to the new message section and the publisher can make changes to it.
After configuring the different message copies, fill in the rest of mandatory fields and publish the post.
Reporting on Multiple Captions
Admins can also get reporting on these captions, allowing them to track caption usage and popularity, providing valuable insights into which captions resonate most effectively with advocates.
User Experience
When a user tries sharing a post that contains multiple post options, randomized selected captions will appear, on opening the share modal. Advocates can choose another caption or personalize the selected one before sharing, promoting diversity in shared content.
