How to sync Product Catalogs in Sprinklr
Updated
You can leverage product catalogs in Sprinklr that have been created natively in the Facebook Business Manager. You can use them for:
Syncing all the products within Sprinklr
Use these products while tagging in Shoppable Store
To Setup Product Catalogs
To set up a product catalog, you need to add a Facebook Business Manager account in Sprinklr.
After the addition, you can see all the Facebook Business Manager accounts in the Accounts section.
In case you have added the Facebook Business Manager account previously, you will need to re-authenticate the account.
Once you have added/re-authenticated the account, all the catalogs that have been created natively will be visible in Sprinklr.
You can view Product Catalog under the Unified Front Office Platform.
Click Product Catalog to view all the catalog
Note that after this step, you will be able to see all the catalogs but you won't be able to see the products inside the catalogs. For that, you will have to sync the individual catalogs manually by hovering over the Options icon alongside the desired Product Catalog Name and selecting Sync.
Product Catalog Window
The Product Catalog window details all the catalogs in a list view fashion. You can view their details in the third pane and associate attributes as well.
In order to sync the individual catalogs manually, hover over the Options icon alongside the desired Product Catalog Name and select Sync. The Catalog Status will change to Syncing and after the sync is complete, you will be able to view all the products inside the catalog.
To Use the Product Catalog in Shoppable Store
You can sync your Product Catalogs associated with your Facebook Business Manager account in Sprinklr. You can use these catalogs to tag products on Instagram Shoppable Store.
The current process of adding details about the individual products is manual and this would help tremendously in automating the ask. Also, this would remove the discrepancy that could be observed from the information in Sprinklr and Facebook Business Manager.
