Create a Facebook Cross Post Video

Updated

A cross-posted video is published across different Pages, without having to share or upload it again. If you manage multiple Facebook Pages, you can cross-post videos across all those Pages from Sprinklr. This article will cover the steps to publish a cross-post video on multiple Facebook Pages

Setup

  1. In order to cross-post content across multiple Facebook Pages, you must be an admin on the other Page(s) you want to cross-post to. Going forward, you'll need to establish a crossposting relationship with another Page. For more information about how to Establish a Cross Posting Relationship, check out How do I allow another Facebook Page to crosspost my Page's videos?

  2. After establishing the crosspost relationship with another Page, you are required to add all your Facebook Pages (Both primary and secondary pages) in Sprinklr. Once you have added both your primary and secondary page(s) in Sprinklr, then only you will be able to cross-post the videos smoothly. For more information about how to add a Facebook Page in Sprinklr, see Add an Account.
