Consumption Analytics

Consumption Analytics is the Data engine used to provide Reporting insights into alerts. Reporting will show all users who are the alert recipient for any given selected alert. You can provide reporting on alerts using the following metrics and dimensions.
Metrics
Metrics | Description |
Alert Count | This provides the total count of alerts. |
Alert Name | This is the name of the alert. |
Alert Message | This refers to the text available in the email template of both volumetric and smart alerts. |
Alert Email Ids | This provides the email ids of the alert recipients. |
Alert User Group Ids | These are the user group ids of the alert recipients. |
Alert User Ids | These are the user ids of the alert recipients. |
Created Date | This is the time at which the alert is created in Sprinklr. |
Alert Sent Time | This refers to the time when an alert is generated and sent to the recipient. |
