In the Ads Creative Library, you can bulk import the images and videos for Facebook and Twitter. You can upload the images and videos in a zip folder along with a spreadsheet comprising the media details such as the image name. This capability will help you save time from doing repetitive imports for your advertising efforts.
To Bulk Import Creatives
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) tab, click Creative Library within Plan.
Click the Options icon in the top-right corner of the Digital Asset Manager (DAM) window and select Import.
On the Bulk Import pop-up window, select the Channel for which you would like to import.
Click Download EXCEL Template on the right side of the Import File section and enter the creative details in the spreadsheet. For more information on the columns for different creative types, see Ads Creative Imports — Best Practices.
Click Upload to upload the spreadsheet within the Import File section. Supported file types are EXCEL/CSV.
You can upload your images/videos from a .zip file by simply clicking Upload within the Import Images/Video section. You can also drag and drop your creative file here.
Under the Advanced Configuration section, you can Set Creative Naming Convention.
Check the box alongside Send for Approval to set an Approval Type for your creatives. For more information on approvals, see Set Approval Paths for Creatives.
Click Import to import the creatives.

Note
The Unpublished Post Text column is only for Twitter imports and the Body column is only for Facebook imports.
If you do not fill the Creative Name or Page Account Id in the import file, the complete file will be rejected for import and you will be notified by a Failed status along with the error details within the Status column of Ads Creative Imports.
While importing creatives in the Creative Library, you have the option to enter the unique code of each URL shortener for your posts in the URL Shortener Id column of the import file. Similarly, while exporting existing assets from the creative library having URL shorteners configured, a new column titled URL Shortener will be exposed in the export file for those assets.
You can provide the Asset Custom Properties and Sprinklr Campaign within the bulk file by adding new columns using the syntaxes Social Asset: "property name" and Sprinklr Campaign: "property name" for each asset property and campaign, respectively. Any incorrect Asset Property/Sprinklr Campaign column header or input value will not break the import. The posts will be created and you will receive error messages in the response file.
While importing Video Ads, the thumbnail image associated with the video will be uploaded automatically.
Ads Creative Imports within the Social Advertising Tools and Settings provide you with a view of your imported creatives and posts. Once you have bulk imported creatives from the Ads Creative Library, all your imports will appear in the Ads Creative Imports window. This provides a complete view of all your creative details along with the options to download the actual file used in your import and the file generated as a response upon processing of the import. The Creative Imports window also contains Posts that were bulk imported from the Ads Manager.
