How to Create an Audience Group

Creating an Audience Group provides you with a new way of grouping the audience assets as individual groups and also using them in your ad creation and ad reporting process. This will allow you to improve your campaign workflow through easier campaign creation and improved visibility into audience performance.

To Create an Audience Group in Audience Manager
Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, go to the Advertising tab where you can find Audience Manager within Plan.
On the Audience Manager window, click Create Audience in the top right corner and select Create Audience Group.
On the Create Audience Group window, enter/select the audience group details. For more information, see Audience Group – Field Description.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
To Use/Create Audience Groups from Ads Composer
Click the New Tab icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, go to the Advertising tab to click Ads Composer within Execute.
On the Ads Composer window, select an Ad Account.
In the Campaign Details section, choose your campaign Objective from Select Objective for your Campaign.
Under Campaign Name, enter a name for your campaign or use a naming convention and click Next.
In the Target Audience section, select Create new Audience.
Note
You can select one or more Audience Group(s) from the Saved Target Audiences as well.
On the Create new Audience window, locate the audience type that supports audience groups and proceed with the below steps as per your requirement. For example, Language, Location, Custom Audience, etc.

Select Channel for Audience Creation | Select from the below channels for which you want to create an audience group:

Select an Ad Account for the Channel | Select the Ad Account associated with the selected channel. |
Audience Name | Enter the name of your audience group. |
Audience Description | Enter a brief description of your audience group. |
Special Ad Categories (Facebook only) | Choose categories that best describe what your campaign will advertise. |
Audience Group Type | Audience Group Type is nothing more than a sub-segment of the overall audience. Select from the following types by which you can group your audience based on the selected channel: |

Selected Audience Group Type | Based on the selected audience group type, select the audience assets that you want to group. |
Custom Properties - Select the custom fields for your audience group as desired. | |
Visibility and Permissions | |
Visible in all workspaces | Check the box to make the audience group visible in all the workspaces of your environment or select the particular Workspaces/Workspace Groups from the Workspace drop-down menu. |
View Globally | Check the box to make the audience group visible to all the users and user groups of your environment or select the particular Users/User Groups from the Users / Users Groups drop-down menu. |
Edit Globally | Check the box to allow all the users and user groups of your environment to edit the audience group or select the particular Users/User Groups from the Users / Users Groups drop-down menu. |
