How to Create X Flexible Audiences
Updated
X Flexible audiences allow you to build and save audience combinations based on existing tailored audiences or subsets of existing tailored audiences. You can target members of a subset of tailored audiences based on the recency and frequency of interaction.
In Sprinklr Audience Manager, you can include and exclude tailored audiences while creating a X flexible audience. Note that once created, the flexible audiences are immutable.
