To Enable Restricted Metrics Permission

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click All Settings within Platform Setup.

2. On the Platform Settings window, select Workspace Roles within Manage Workspace.

3. In the top-right corner of the Workspace Roles window, click Create Role.

4. On the Add Role window, provide a Role Name and enter an additional Description for the role.

5. In the Select Permission section, you can either search and select Restricted metrics from the Search bar or select Restricted metrics within the Ad Reporting Settings permissions.

6. Under Users to Assign this Role to, select the User(s) you want to assign the role to.

7. Under User Groups to Assign this Role to, select the desired User Group(s) you want to assign the role to.

8. Click Save in the bottom right corner to save the role.
