How to Create and Manage Ads Creative Exports
Updated
Instead of manually taking snapshots of multiple creative previews and compiling them into a file, you can directly take an export of these placements in your desired file format. The Ads Creative Library allows you to take an export of your creatives in different file formats and also include the placements of your creatives for which you want to have previews.

If there are any issues in generating previews for a creative, the preview page will get skipped along with the details of the skipped items. You will also receive the reason for failure/error at the end of your PDF export file.
In case the creative name does not exist for a creative, the Asset ID will be shown on the cover page for that creative. The Asset ID will be a hyperlink, clicking on which will take you to the creative in Sprinklr. You can also search within the Creative Library using that Asset ID to find the creative.
If your Video preview appears black in the export file, then there is a possibility that the video got auto-played when the snapshot was taken. Please try the export again in case you face this situation.
For Video exports, one page will hold the main video frame preview as seen in the Creative Library and another page/s will hold multiple thumbnails of that video. |
To Export Ad Creatives
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Marketing - Advertising tab, click Creative Library within Plan.
On the Ad Creatives window, select the creatives you want to export and click Export from the dashboard bar.
On the Export Creative pop-up window, under Select File Format, select the file format(s) you want to export your creatives in. You can select from PDF, PPT, PNG, and/or EXCEL file formats.
From the Select which Placements to export drop-down menu, select the different placement preview(s) you want to include in your export file.
Note:
If you have selected creatives belonging to different channels, you will have the option to select placement(s) at the channel level and not the creative level.
Few placements will be selected by default and you can add or remove placements as desired.
Once you have completed your selection, click Yes, Export in the bottom-right corner. This will export the selected creatives into the selected format for which you will be notified to save in your system. For more information on the export view, see Exported File View.
