Label Customization
Updated
The Community Builder allows customization of labels displayed within the community page. Customization of labels refers to the process of modifying any static text, such as "Like", "Comment", "Sign In", "Post", "Reply", or Languages, etc. shown on the community page. With Label Customization, users can modify the labels as needed to reflect the organization's branding or create a unique user experience.
The process of customizing the labels within the community page is simple and straightforward. Users can access the customization options through the Community Builder within Sprinklr. For instance, organizations can change "Mark as Accepted Answer" to "Best Answer" or change "Like" to "Kudos" via the Label Customization feature.
