Before you create intents and entities, you have the option to apply a little pre-processing to your incoming data on which the intent model will run, so that the model does not falter on encountering spelling errors and industry-specific synonyms, which might be rare in discovery clusters.

It’s important to note that our AI will automatically understand synonyms and words which are commonly misspelled. Therefore, one of the purposes to define synonyms and misspellings is to define the brand or industry-specific terminologies and misspellings that you might have seen historically to make sure those are treated as correct words by AI.
