Add a Discord Server in Sprinklr

You can add your Discord Bots in Sprinklr to Engage with external and internal communities at a scale supported by Sprinklr Governance and Reporting capabilities. You will be required to create a Discord Bot Account to authorize the bot in Sprinklr.
To add your Discord server in Sprinklr, You are only required to add your discord bot token in Sprinklr.

Points to remember
It is advised to save the created bot link and not to reset the bot token on the Discord developer portal, and to use the same link to add the discord server in Sprinklr.
In case, if you are resetting the token then
Note that you won't be able to publish message on discord.
In such cases only grabbing of the messages functionality will work properly on Sprinklr.
To start publishing in the above case, you will need to remove the server in Sprinklr and follow the account addition process again.
You won't be able to add a private discord server in Sprinklr. Only public discord servers are allowed.
To add a Discord Server
Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.
On the Accounts (Settings) window, click Add Account in the top right corner.
On the Add Account window, search and select Discord Server from the list of channels.
On the Add Discord Server Account pop-up window, enter the Token details and click Next in the bottom right corner.
You can find Token in the Bot section of https://discord.com/developers/applications
Then, you will be able to view all the servers associated with the token. You are required to click the desired servers and click Add in the bottom right corner of the Add Discord Server Account pop-up window.
On the Update Account window,
Edit basic details of your account in Account Details, including changing the name of the account as it appears in Sprinklr, changing the Sprinklr User who is the owner of the account, creating a custom character count (which will apply to replies sent in Sprinklr), a default URL shortener, and an auto-populated signature to appear in replies sent from Sprinklr.
Under Groups to include Account in, select if you'd like to add the Discord Server account to any Account Groups.
Under Permissions, permission channel actions to Users and User Groups who should have access to the account. Learn more in Account Permissions.
Under Share this Account Across Spaces, choose the Workspaces that you would like the account to be visible in or share across all Workspaces to make the account visible globally within your Customer environment.
Under Subscribers, select Users or User Groups to subscribe to them to receive account notifications.
Under Timezone, select a country and time zone to associate with the account if desired.
Under Properties, set any account properties as needed.
Click Save in the bottom right corner.
