You can provision certain Discord Bot to particular Sprinklr Users to post on Discord. In this article, you will learn how to map Sprinklr users with a bot for Discord server accounts.

Use cases

• Admin will be able to map Sprinklr users with a Bot for Discord server accounts.

• Only the mapped Bots are seen if Sprinklr Users are properly mapped within the Create Post window.

• Similarly, all the bots(Sprinklr Users) are visible if Sprinklr Users are not mapped with the bots for Discord server accounts.

• Additionally, the mapped bots are visible for the replies in the Reply Publisher window within the Engagement Dashboards. 

To map Sprinklr users with the bots for Discord server accounts

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Owned Social Accounts within Listen.

2. In the Accounts (Settings) window, click All Channels in the top left corner of the section bar to filter the accounts by Discord Server.

3. Hover over the desired account's Options icon and select User Mapping.

4. In the User Mapping of your server account pop-up window,

   • Select the Sprinklr User from the drop-down menu.

   • Next, select the Discord Bot from the drop-down menu.

   • If you wish to map more users, then click Add More.

5. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the User Mapping of your server account pop-up window.

   Note: If you save or update user mapping, you need to refresh the window. This is required in order to view the mapping had been updated in the account's window.
