Viewing a Discovery Run
Updated
Overview
In this section, we will review the results of the discovery run.To review the detected clusters, click the eye icon next to the discovery run.
There are two types of views available: bubble view and list view.
Bubble view provides an easy way to visualize the data.
List view is preferred for making changes in the cluster.
How to read the List view
1. The first column provides the cluster name.
Clusters may or may not have proper names. For high-volume clusters, the AI suggests a name that can be edited. Smaller clusters are identified by numbers.
2. The second column provides a sample of user expressions within the cluster. Hover over them to read the full expression.
3. The third column, "% of Total Messages" displays the percentage of messages that matched each cluster.
To prioritize those with the highest number of user expressions, you can sort the clusters in descending order.
To view all user expressions, click the View Cluster Details icon next to the cluster name. On the right, you'll see all the expressions within this cluster. From here, you can move expressions to another cluster, create an intent with them, or delete them.
To view the results in Excel, click on the "Export" button located in the top right corner.
