Manage Presentations

The Presentation Manager allows you to perform various actions ranging from creating new presentations to sorting, filtering and tagging existing presentations. On the Presentations Manager window, you will be able to do the following:

Admin Set-up To access the Presentations, you must first be assigned with the Presentations permissions. You can learn more in Roles and Permissions. |
To Rename a Presentation
Click the New Tab icon and select Presentations within Command Center under Sprinklr Social.
On the Presentations Manager window, click on the Presentation Name you would like to rename.
Enter the desired name for your presentation and click the Confirm icon to save the changes.
To View and Edit Presentation Details
On the Presentations Manager window, hover over the presentation Options icon and select Edit.
You will be redirected to the Presentation Editor window. From here, you can make the desired changes to your presentation.
To Clone a Presentation
On the Presentations Manager window, hover over the presentation Options icon and select Clone.
On the Clone Presentation pop-up window, enter a Presentation Name and click Confirm to save the changes.
To Delete a Presentation
On the Presentations Manager window, hover over the presentation Options icon and select Delete.
On the delete confirmation pop-up window, click Delete to delete the presentation permanently.
To Export a Presentation
On the Presentations Manager window, hover over the presentation Options icon and select Export.
On the Export Presentation pop-up window, select the Destination from Display or Presentations.
Select the desired workspace from the dropdown and click Confirm to export the presentation.
Note: Some widgets may require updates after exporting to different clients due to configuration or permissions differences. |
To Tag a Presentation
On the Presentations Manager window, hover over the presentation Options icon and select Tag.
On the Add/Edit Tags pop-up window, select already created tags from the drop-down or add new tags in the text field. Click Save to apply tags.
On the Presentation Manager window, click Tags in the top left corner and select the desired tag(s) to filter your Presentations.
To Share a Presentation
When you create a new Presentation, you will be the sole user permissioned to view the Presentation. This will not retroactively affect any Presentations you've created before this change was implemented; all previous Presentations are permissioned to be viewed globally.
On the Presentation Editor window, click the Share Presentation icon in the top right corner.
Select the User Groups and/or Users from the drop-down you would like to share your Presentation with.
You can also check the box alongside Visible to all Users to make your Presentation visible to all users.
To View Revision History
On the Presentation Editor window, click the Versions tab on the right.
In the Versions section, you can access all the previous versions of your Presentation.
Click Revert to restore the Presentation to the selected version.

To Share URL and Download PDF of Presentation
On the Presentation Editor window, click Share in the top right corner.
On the Share This Presentation window, click Copy URL within the Share URL section to copy the URL of your presentation. You can also change the various security settings of your presentation URL from the URL Settings section. Shareable URLs with various security settings allow you to ensure your presentations are viewed by the intended audience.
On the Share This Presentation window, click Export PDF within the Additional Share Options section to download a PDF for your presentation.
To Present the Presentation
On the Presentation Editor window, click Present in the top right corner. You will be redirected to the Presenter Mode which gives you a full-screen view of your presentation and the ability to manually interact with it via keyboard or the on-screen HUD. This includes advancing through the slides, jumping directly to a slide, and more.
To Create a New Version
On the Presentation Editor window, click the Versions tab on the right.
Click Create Version in the Current Version section to create a version of your Presentation without having to publish it.
You can view the created versions in the Versions section of the Versions tab.
