Add SSO as a Screener Question in Advocacy
Updated
With SSO setup, your employees are able to access advocacy platforms, but as a brand, there is no way for you to own user categorization that drives content visibility. So if you want to classify users into certain content categories, there is no way to do so. Going forward, you will be able to categorize advocacy users through SSO assertions.
To pre-populated the attributes from SAML(SSO) within the screener questions, you are required to follow certain steps:
Create a custom field corresponding to the SAML that you want to populate.
Create or update the Single Sign-on in your environment.
Add the custom screener questions in your Advocacy site.

Click the New Tab icon . Under the Governance Console, click Custom Fields within Platform Setup.
In the top right corner of the Custom Fields window, click Add Custom Field.
In the Add Custom Field window, Select the type of custom field you'd like to create.
Note: The custom field type will determine how your potential advocates will answer screening questions - by selecting from provided options, entering text, etc. Picklist or Multi-Select Picklist are the most common options for Advocacy screening questions.
Enter a Name (the screener question) and optional description for your custom field.
Select CommunityUser, Site User, Message, or Outbound Message as the custom field Assets.
Select Manual under Set Values.
Next, enter the answer options for your screener question. Press Enter after each answer option.
