Use Linkedin Reactions

LinkedIn Reactions are a set of expressions that offer users a way to participate in conversations easily, and communicate with their network. In this article, you will learn about how to use LinkedIn reactions in Sprinklr.

Like, Unlike, React to Posts

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

  2. From the Engagement Home window, access the desired dashboard.

  3. Within the desired engagement dashboard, hover over the desired message's Options icon and select your desired Reaction to a post or comment.

    • Like — This classic response still holds strong at the top of the list, giving your followers a simple way to show interest in or support your content.

    • Celebrate — LinkedIn is a smart place to share company news and professional milestones, and this reaction is the ideal response to exciting accomplishments.

    • Support — Expresses that you empathize with someone’s experience or support them during a challenging time.

    • Love — When your posts resonate profoundly with followers, this response lets them demonstrate a deeper connection to your company’s content.

    • Insightful — When you share in-depth data or big ideas, this reaction is the perfect way for followers to spotlight your best contributions to conversations in your clients’ industry.

    • FunnyWhen someone employs wit to spread humor, encourage them with the funny reaction.

  4. To Unlike the post, hover over the message's Options icon and select Unlike.

Steps to like a post from multiple accounts:

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

  2. From the Engagement Home window, access the desired dashboard.

  3. Within the desired engagement dashboard, hover over the desired message's Options icon and select  Like from Multiple Accounts

  4. Next, in the Select Accounts pop-up window, hover over the desired Account and select the desired Reaction.
