Configure Rules to Drive Assignment of Lithium Community Threads

Lithium builds community and social media management software that helps the world's best brands connect with customers on digital channels. For Lithium community, there is a ranking based on the gamification of activity. Sprinklr has exposed the roles and ranking in the rules engine to drive assignment of community threads.

To Configure Rules to Drive Assignment of Lithium Community Threads 

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, select Manage Rules within Triage. 

  2. In the top right corner of the Rule Engine window, click Create New Rule.

  3. In the New Rule window, enter a Name and Description for your rule. 

  4. Select Customer from the Rule Scope drop-down menu and Inbound from the Context drop-down menu, respectively.

  5. Enter the remaining details as required and click Next in the bottom-right corner. 

  6. In the Rule Builder window, click the Add Circle Outline icon SpaceIcon_SocialDMP_DataSource.png to Add Condition. 

  7. In the Edit Condition pane to the right, enter a Name for the condition. 

  8. Under Conditions Applies To "The Source of the Message", select Channel as a condition and Lithium as a channel. 

  9. Under Conditions Applies To "The Properties of the Message", select User Role/User Ranking as a condition and set the desired categories from the corresponding dropdown, respectively. ModernEngagement_RuleEngine_LithiumConditions.png

  10. In the Rule Builder window, click the Add Circle Outline icon SpaceIcon_SocialDMP_DataSource.png on the Y or N branch of the condition and select Add Action. 

  11. In the Edit Action pane to the right, enter a Name for the action and set the desired action.

  12. Click Save in the bottom-right corner to save your rule.
