Publish to Lithium

Sprinklr allows you to create and publish discussions to Lithium communities using the Sprinklr Publisher. You can easily schedule and publish your discussion and also add media to it. You can also customize and publish your media to Lithium using the image editor through this platform.This article helps with the steps tp publish on Lithium.

Steps To Publish on Lithium

  1. In the top Navigation bar, click the Quick Publish icon Space_Icon_Quick Publish.png in the top right corner and select Create Post.

  2. On the Create Post window, select your Lithium Account(s) to which you want to publish. You can also use Advanced Search to narrow your searches by a series of different filters.

  3. If you want, enter a subject line for your discussion in the Subject field.

  4. Enter the content for your discussion in the Message box.

  5. Click on the Media icon Space_Icon_Addition.png to add images to your discussion. You can select images from Favourites, Asset Manager, URL, UGC (User Generated Content) or upload from your computer. You can also select images from the previously created Dynamic Images.

  6. Click Add/Save to confirm your selection.

Note:

To customize and edit your images for the discussion, you can click the Edit icon Space_Icon_Edit.png in the bottom right corner of the image. To learn more, see About the Image Editor article.

  1. Select a campaign from the Campaign drop-down menu to associate your discussion with. You can also set your campaign ‘as default’ by clicking Set as Default.

  2. You can select URL Shortener to shorten every link that you paste in your message. This helps you make the most of the character limit.

  3. Select the Custom Properties and an Approval Type for your discussion.

  4. To review how your message will look, click the Preview icon  in the bottom left corner.

  5. Click Post to publish your discussion on Lithium. If you are not ready to publish and want to save your discussion as a draft, click Save as Draft.

  6. You can also schedule your discussion for a future date and time by clicking Schedule icon  in the bottom left corner. Select the month, date, and time of publishing. It also gives you the option to repeat the discussion as many times as you like. Click Apply to save your changes.
