In Reddit, if you are a moderator, you have the ability to enable auto response to Reddit messages through modmail. You can also determine from which users under a moderator can send auto responses.

Steps To Enable Auto Response to Reddit Messages via Modmail

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click Rule Engine within Collaborate.

2. Under Actions To Auto respond to a message, select Send Auto Response To as the Action, and select Subreddit as the Operator.

3. Select the Subreddit Account from which the auto response will be sent.

4. Select the Campaign in the given field.

5. For Choose Preferred Reply, you can select Reddit Modmail Message or Reddit Modmail Conversation, based on your preference.

6. For Choose User To Reply, select Users from the given drop down. The dropdown will show users that are already mapped under the selected account. To know about mapping users under a Reddit account, see Mapping Sprinklr Users to Reddit User Profiles.

7. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
