Reply to messages from Viber using engagement columns

Sprinklr supports a number of publishing and engagement features for Viber once you've linked your Viber account through Sprinklr. In this guide we'll walk through how to respond to Viber Direct Messages in Sprinklr.
Before You Begin
Ensure that you've first linked your Viber account in Sprinklr and that you've created Viber columns in the Engagement Dashboards.
Respond to Direct Messages
In the Engagement Dashboards, navigate to a Viber Direct Message
Hover over the message and select the Reply icon.
Compose your response and click Post to publish your reply.
