You can now publish in Viber and select from various Carousel and Keyboard Templates. You can use these feature in Bots and in Auto Reply in Rule Engine. 

Following are the Carousel Template options:

• Button

• Image/Video + Button

• Image/Video + Text

• Image/Video + Text + Button

• Text + Button

Following are the Keyboard Template options:

• Keyboard(1,2,3)

• Keyboard(2,2,3)

• Keyboard(3,3,2)

• Keyboard(3,3,3)

Publish in Viber - Chat Template

1. Click the New Tab icon  and select Assets under the Sprinklr Social.
    

2. Click Add Asset in the upper right corner.
   
    

3. Select Add Chat Template from the list.
   
    

4. In Create New Asset, select Viber in the drop-down list under Channel.
   

Carousel Template

1. Under Template select Carousel to display Carousel Template and Background Color options.
   
    

2. Select your Carousel Temple from the drop-down list.
   ​​​

Keyboard Template

1. Under Template select Keyboard to display Keyboard Template and Background Color options.
   
    

2. Select your Keyboard Temple from the drop-down list.
   
    

3. In the preview, you can see that the keyboard is displayed in the bottom of the screen.
